The biggest challenge for me dealing with brokers in the past was I was just another number to these guys. I had to do a lot of the heavy lifting myself, and that was the biggest challenge dealing with brokers in the past. I think the confidence that we gained from having Allan in our corner is really something that’s helped us in business. Different to other brokers, Allan actually understands. He sat there and spent numerous hours in conversations about not just where we are currently but where our goals and aspirations are.

Dealing with Bespoke Financial Advisory has always been almost personal but professional. The team at Bespoke have been amazing at supporting me in getting this first mortgage secured. Ilias, Natalie, Danielle and Carol have all done a great job in communicating clearly what is required from me and the status of the application along the way. They also worked with my accountant directly to get what was needed which saved me a lot of time and made the whole process really efficient.

Hi Allan, hope your well and staying safe. I recently took out few refinancing loans and a new loan so 3 in total. There was a lot of work involved as you know with the new rules and tightening with new loan requirements.
