Getting a construction/development can seem complex. Here are the 8 most common steps from application to settlement.
Step 1
Introductory Consultation
We begin with a no obligation free consultation to fully understand your requirements for funding. Understanding YOU as our customer is imperative to tailor a financial solution that you will benefit most from.

Step 2
Funding Proposal
Post understanding your requirements, as part of our no obligation consultation will provide you with a Tailored Funding Proposal. Providing you with the options that could apply for your development project.
Step 3
Discuss Funding Proposal
We will ensure that all options are explained to you. Going over the finer details as well as the pros and cons to all options on our Funding Proposal. Knowing your options thoroughly will empower you to make the best decision.
Step 4
Authority to Act On Your Behalf
If you are happy to proceed with any of our options the Bespoke Financial Advisory team will take over. With your Authority to Act signature we will liaise and proceed with our full end-to-end service.
Step 5
Reviewing Terms Of Your Funding
We will typically receive credit endorsed terms from multiple lenders at this stage. These terms are then discussed with you and if need be, some of these terms are negotiated.
After negotiating on a set of funding terms that works for you, the lender will then progress the Funding Application towards a formal approval. The process leading up to formal approval might include a Project Valuation, a Quantity Surveyors Report and other conditions to be satisfied by the borrower.

Funding Application Approval

Loan Documents Issued
After the application has been formally approved, the funder will issue a formal set of loan documents to be executed prior to settlement of the loan.
Step 8
Ongoing Management
Once the loan has settled, it doesn't stop there with Bespoke Financial Advisory. Our ongoing support, knowledge and expertise will allow you access to our resource bunker. We will stay involved to assist with the management of the loan facility. If there are requirements to assist with Quantity Survey Progress Reports or attending project meetings our team will always be available.
